一、总述

前额叶实验室（以下简称「本 App」）不收集、不上传、不出售、不共享你的任何个人信息。

本 App 没有账号体系，你无需注册或登录即可使用全部功能。

二、本 App 在你设备上保存的信息

本 App 会在你的 iPhone 本地保存以下信息，用于让 App 正常工作：

• 训练成绩记录（游戏名称、模式、分数、用时、日期）
• 每日挑战的完成日期与连续天数
• 界面语言选择（中文／英文）
• 音效开关
• 新手教学的完成状态
• 进阶模式免费试玩局的使用记录
• 订阅权益状态

以上信息全部通过 iOS 的本地存储（UserDefaults）保存在你自己的设备上。它们不会被上传到任何服务器，本 App 的开发者无法访问这些信息。

删除本 App 即会一并删除以上全部本地数据。

三、本 App 不做的事

• 不收集姓名、邮箱、电话号码或任何身份信息
• 不收集位置信息
• 不访问通讯录、相册、相机、麦克风或健康数据
• 不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不进行跨 App 或跨网站追踪，因此不会向你请求追踪授权
• 不集成任何第三方分析、广告或崩溃上报服务
• 不展示广告
• 不使用 iCloud 或任何云端同步

四、订阅与支付

本 App 提供自动续期订阅（Pro）。购买、续订、恢复购买与退款全部由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。本 App 不接触、不接收、也不存储你的支付信息。

五、儿童

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童专门设计，也不会有意收集儿童的任何信息。由于本 App 不收集任何信息，此项不涉及数据处理。

六、你的权利

由于本 App 不收集任何数据，也不持有你的任何信息，因此不存在需要向我们提出的访问、更正、导出或删除请求。你随时可以通过删除 App 来清除设备上的全部本地数据。

七、本政策的变更

若本 App 未来加入任何会收集或传输数据的功能，我们会先更新本政策并在此页面标注更新日期，同时更新 App Store 上的「App 隐私」信息。

Prefrontal Lab — Privacy Policy

1. Summary

Prefrontal Lab (the “App”) does not collect, upload, sell, or share any of your personal information.

The App has no accounts. You do not need to register or sign in to use every feature.

2. What the App stores on your device

The App saves the following on your iPhone so that it can work:

• Training results (game, mode, score, duration, date)
• Daily Challenge completion dates and streak
• Language preference (Chinese or English)
• Sound on/off setting
• Tutorial completion state
• Which Advanced free trial rounds you have used
• Your subscription entitlement state

All of it is stored locally on your own device using iOS local storage (UserDefaults). None of it is transmitted to any server, and the developer of the App cannot access it.

Deleting the App deletes all of this local data.

3. What the App does not do

• It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any identity information
• It does not collect location data
• It does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data
• It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across apps or websites, so it never asks for tracking permission
• It does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting service
• It does not show ads
• It does not use iCloud or any cloud sync

4. Subscriptions and payment

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription (Pro). Purchases, renewals, restores, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The App never sees, receives, or stores your payment information.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. Because the App collects no information at all, no such processing takes place.

6. Your rights

Because the App collects no data and we hold no information about you, there is nothing for you to request access to, correct, export, or delete from us. You can remove all local data at any time by deleting the App.

7. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App adds any feature that collects or transmits data, this policy will be updated first, with a new date shown on this page, and the App Store “App Privacy” information will be updated at the same time.
